    This instrument is “MADE IN ELKHART”!

    It was built in the small brass instrument making town of Elkhart in Indiana, USA. The instruments from this Conn era are in great demand due to the superior sound and manufacturing quality.

    The 48h is one of the most popular models from Conn. Its crystal clear and very direct sound is appreciated worldwide.

    This instrument was built in 1962 and has recently been overhauled for you by us.

    What sets this professional Conn 48h jazz trombone apart:

    • Typical Connstellation sound, wonderfully clear and defined.
    • The train is running great. Some signs of wear.
    • This instrument has a 12.7mm / 0.500″ diameter cylindrical slide. The bell is 203mm ( 8″)
    • Nickel-plated yellow brass bell, gold brass outer slide.

    Status of these 48 hours after intensive testing:

    • The train is running well. Some abrasion.
    • The tuning slide is freely movable.
    • Stop felt is available.
    • The instrument is in good condition and can be played immediately.
    • There are some visible signs of wear in the paint.
    • Signs of use on the handles are visible.
    • The instrument was recently overhauled by us and is now immediately optimally playable.
