What happens if you don’t like your purchase?

Your satisfaction is the most important thing for us. That’s why we not only offer the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, but also a 30-day right of return.

Exceptions to this are opened oils and fats, used cleaning utensils and one-off products.

Returns are very easy and free of charge for you, as long as the original order address was in Germany. This is how a return works:

You will receive a return slip from us.
Very important: You pack the instrument according to our packing instructions
You can drop off the package at any DHL branch, and you can often even give it to the courier.
The instrument comes with us. After a short check, you will receive your refund.
