Since 2017 I ship all products worldwide . In addition to all EU countries, I have now also sent trombones to Japan, Russia, China, Switzerland and the USA. Shipping is always insured and via DHL premium shipping. Should any damage or loss occur, your purchase is 100% protected. Within the EU, you will not incur any additional costs apart from the shipping costs. Outside the EU, this is an export. Professional customs declaration for products over €1000 (and those under) is always included free of charge - a service for which you would otherwise easily pay €100. In these so-called third countries, customs duties and/or taxes are usually charged. These are usually based on the value of the goods. In most cases, we are not able to reimburse these costs. Why? A large proportion of the instruments are subject to Section 25a, the so-called differential taxation. Since these are used EU goods, VAT (even within the EU) may not be shown on the invoices. However, the situation is usually different with new goods and demonstration instruments.
