Cancellation policy

This means that you have a 30-day right of return. We would like to point out that the right of withdrawal does not apply in the case of: Supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer, Supply of sealed goods which, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for return if their seal has been removed after delivery. Cancellation policy Right of withdrawal You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period begins on the day on which you personally or a person authorized by you - except the carrier of the goods - has received the goods. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us of this decision by sending us a corresponding declaration signed by you by post or email to Elbblech, www.elbblech.de. The withdrawal form provided below can be used for this purpose, but its use is not mandatory. The date of dispatch of your cancellation notice is decisive for compliance with the cancellation period. Consequences of revocation In the event of cancellation, we will refund all payments made by you, including delivery costs (except for special delivery costs you have chosen that exceed the normal delivery costs we offer) within a maximum of 30 days of receiving the cancellation. The refund will be made using the same method of payment that you chose when placing your order. Changes to the method of payment are possible by arrangement. The refund of payments will not generate any additional costs for you. If necessary, we will create a shipping note for the return transport.
