RETURN - VERY EASY

What happens if you don't like your purchase? Your satisfaction is the most important thing for us. That's why we offer not only the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, but even a 30-day right of return . Excluded from this are opened oils and fats, used cleaning utensils and custom-made items. Returns are very easy and free of charge for you , as long as the original order address was in Germany. This is how a return works:

1. You fill out the form below, write us an email or call us.
2. You will receive a return slip from us.
3. Very important: You pack the instrument according to our packing instructions
4. You can drop off the package at any DHL branch; you can often even give it to the parcel delivery person.
5. The instrument comes to us. After a short inspection, you will receive your refund.
