A wish that many brass instrument players have:

More water valves!

Whether it’s a French horn, trumpet or euphonium: There are still many instruments that do not have water keys in important places.

This means that you sometimes have to pull out the entire slide and empty it at important moments. Or you carry on playing and the sound "bubbles".

The solution: an extra water key on the corresponding slide. This could be the trigger slide of a trumpet, for example.

With this service we will install an extra water flap at the desired location.

The price includes materials and installation as well as any return of your instrument.

The instrument can either be brought to our workshop in Mölln or, well packaged, sent to our shop at Hauptstr.94, 23879 Mölln.

Is it possible to play the instruments in the store?

– Yes, during opening hours or by appointment in our shop with workshop in Mölln.

I have no way of coming to Mölln. Can I still play the instruments?

– Yes, that is possible. The easiest way is to place a normal order. Then you have a 30-day right of return after receiving the goods and can test the instrument at your leisure at home, in class or at a rehearsal. Shipping and returns are free for you in Germany anyway. If you still don't want to order, please contact us and we will find a solution.

Who is behind Elbblech?

– That's me, Felix Eilers, a professional trombonist and managing director. Instrument maker Danilo Neun works in the workshop and in sales in our shop in Mölln. We are also supported by our partner workshops "Trompetentobi".

Are the instruments delivered with a mouthpiece?

- New instruments are always delivered with a mouthpiece. Used instruments are not, in most cases. We have a large selection of mouthpieces and are happy to advise you individually when purchasing a mouthpiece.

Are the instruments playable straight away?

– As a rule, all instruments are serviced and/or serviced in a workshop. I only sell instruments that are in such good condition that I would use them professionally myself. If an instrument is not immediately playable, I write this clearly in the item description.

Do you also ship outside of Germany?

Yes, we have been shipping worldwide for many years.
