Über die Geschichte dieses tollen Instruments:

C.G.Conn ist einer der führenden amerikanischen Hersteller für Posaunen.

Dieses Modell wurde im kleinen Blechblasinstrumentenmacherörtchen Elkhart in Indiana, USA gebaut. Die Instrumente aus dieser Conn-Ära sind aufgrund der überragenden Klang- und Fertigungsqualität äußerst gefragt.

Die 88h ist weltweit eins der beliebtesten Instrumente für klassische Musik und ist sehr viel in Symphonieorchestern zu sehen.

Die Posaune wurde 1969 gebaut und kürzlich von uns überholt. So schöne Elkhart 88h sehe ich selten !

Was diese professionelle Conn 88h Tenorposaune auszeichnet:

Schöner, offener Elkhart-Sound. Super Spielbarkeit.
Der Zug läuft toll. Kein Chromverlust.
Dieses Instrument hat einen zylindrischen Zug ( Single Bore). Die Bohrung ist .547" ( 13,89mm), der Schallbecher 8,5" ( 216mm).
Die einventilige Tenorposaune hat die Stimmung Bb/F
Wunderschöne, handgemachte Gravur
Als Gleitmittel empfehle ich für diese 88h das Yamaha Slide Lubricant oder Slide-O-Mix Rapid Comfort.

Zustand dieser 88h nach intensiver Prüfung:

Der Zug läuft toll. Kein Chromverlust.
Die Stimmzüge sind frei beweglich.
Anschlagfilz ist vorhanden.
Wasserklappe ist dicht.
Das Ventil läuft schnell und leise.
Der Lack ist für sein alter toll erhalten. Es gibt ein paar Gebrauchsspuren wie Kratzer, z.B. im äußeren Schallbecherbereich.
Die Griffstellen sind in gutem Zustand.
Das Instrument wurde kürzlich von uns überholt und ist jetzt sofort spielbar.

Ich bin selbst Berufsmusiker und habe diese Posaune intensiv geprüft und für einwandfrei befunden. Deshalb geben wir auch 2 Jahre Garantie.

Das Instrument kommt mit dem original Conn-Koffer in gebrauchtem Zustand.

Empfehlung von mir als Profimusiker:

Die legendäre "88h" aus einem der besten und gesuchtesten Baujahre.
Als Gleitmittel empfehle für diese 88h das Yamaha Slide Lubricant oder Slide-O-Mix Rapid Comfort.
Das Instrument sollte regelmäßig von Innen gereinigt werden, z.B. mit einem Reka Pflegeset.

– Yes, during opening hours or by appointment in our shop with workshop in Mölln.

I have no way of coming to Mölln. Can I still play the instruments?

– Yes, that is possible. The easiest way is to place a normal order. Then you have a 30-day right of return after receiving the goods and can test the instrument at your leisure at home, in class or at a rehearsal. Shipping and returns are free for you in Germany anyway. If you still don't want to order, please contact us and we will find a solution.

Who is behind Elbblech?

– That's me, Felix Eilers, a professional trombonist and managing director. Instrument maker Danilo Neun works in the workshop and in sales in our shop in Mölln. We are also supported by our partner workshops "Trompetentobi".

- New instruments are always delivered with a mouthpiece. Used instruments are not, in most cases. We have a large selection of mouthpieces and are happy to advise you individually when purchasing a mouthpiece.

Are the instruments playable straight away?

– As a rule, all instruments are serviced and/or serviced in a workshop. I only sell instruments that are in such good condition that I would use them professionally myself. If an instrument is not immediately playable, I write this clearly in the item description.
